Nothing will happen to your item without your consent. On bringing your item to Cõnservõ, I will discuss the condition and how you'd like it to look once completed. A treatment report will be provided very soon afterwards. Alongside treatment recommendations, you will receive a schedule of proposed works and a quote. You will have complete control over how much work is carried out.
